Existing Muffin Break cafe at Stockland Rockhampton is looking for a new franchisee.
There are 210 Muffin Break franchises within the company.
The previous Rockhampton Muffin Break went into liquidation in February 2022 due to losses during the onset of COVID-19.
The franchise was sold back to the franchisor, Food Co, that owns Muffin Break and Jamaica Blue.

The owners of Mumma’s Fish N Chips at 62 Gladstone Road, Allenstown, are looking to move on and have listed the business for sale.
The listing describe it as “perfectly and easy access” with a “roaring trade” and “high sales turnover”.
The current owners operate five and a half days a week but it has the potential to trade seven days.
Plant and equipment is all in working and good condition to be sold with the business.
GOSSIPS COFFEE AND CHAT GRACEMERE SHOPPING WORLD
Cost: $90,000 - $95,000
Gossips Coffee and Chat located at Gracemere Shopping World has a “regular client base” and a “steady flow of walk-ins”.
The business comes with the fit-out and full equipped kitchen.
The cafe offers dine-in or takeaway.
Handover training will be provided.
CARL’S JR ROCKHAMPTON
Cost: $400,000 + GST + stock on valuation
The fast-food franchise opened on Rockhampton’s highway strip, George Street, in October 2019.
The franchise has more than 1000 locations in the United States and across 28 countries worldwide including Australia.
It is mostly known for their char grill burgers and sides.
The business says it has been “fully-established” with a team of managers and staff and is “strategically located in a popular strip”.
The outgoing owner will provide training and marketing and partnerships are available.
OCEAN CITY CHINESE RESTAURANT ROCKHAMPTON
Cost: $7500 rental per month plus GST
After more than 40 years of business, Ocean City Chinese Restaurant owners Angela and Roy Kuong are looking to retire.
The 400 m2 restaurant in a brick building with off-street car parking is located at 225 Musgrave Street near Stockland Rockhampton.

Popular cafe Dingles Cafe Bar closed in February this year much to the shock of diners.
It opened on William Street in 2017 and played a part in reviving the area to be the busy strip it is now.
The historic building has been fully furnished and has a large fully equipped kitchen.
There is a front counter and bar area, private lounge/booths and separate space for a function room or additional dining space.
A spacious one-bedroom apartment is upstairs.
The listing is described as a “walk-in opportunity”.
FORMER SMOOOTH JUICE CAFE (NORTHSIDE)

The inventory from the former Smoooth Juice cafe at the Highway Palms complex on northside has been advertised for $50,000.

The Smoooth Juice company, including both northside and southside stores, were placed into liquidation in March owing more than $800,000 combined.
The northside store opened in October 2020 and closed on March 28.
The sale listing states the buyer can enter into a new lease at the current premises with rent listed at $3,013.33, plus GST and outgoings.
The complex owner is looking for a long term tenant of three to five years.
The shop size is 113 sqm and there is on-site carparking.
BOOST JUICE STOCKLAND ROCKHAMPTON

The juice store has a well-established position at the city’s largest shopping centre and has been in operation for more than a decade.
The franchise agreement will be seven years and franchise partners are required to complete a three-week training program in Melbourne.
