The $2 million prize-winners held one of only 10 division one winning entries nationally on Saturday, October 26.

The married couple have already started their wish list.

“We will definitely see a financial advisor to help us out with all of the plans,” the happy husband said.

“Firstly, we will look to pay off the house, and then we’ll do some travelling.

“We would really love to finally go to Europe as a family. That would be a lot of fun.

“We will put aside some money for the kids, too.”

The winning wife said she would also like to pay off her HECS debt.

They purchased their winner at Card and Paper Shop at Stockland Rockhampton Shopping Centre.

Shop owner Janet Dingley said she was ecstatic to hear her outlet had sold a division one winning entry in the Saturday Gold Lotto $20 million Superdraw.

“We were very excited to sell a division one winning entry, and even better, it’s our first time selling a division one winning entry in a Saturday Lotto Superdraw event,” she said.

“The last time we sold a division one winning entry was in October 2021, so it’s really great to have another one.

“Since our doors first opened for business in 1982, we’ve sold nine division one entries.

“We wish our division one winner all the very best with this life-changing event.

“I’m sure they’re still coming down from the high of receiving this wonderful news.”
