Nestled close to the beach, 100 acres of pure paradise on the Capricorn Coast complete with its own barramundi and redclaw stocked dam will go to auction next month, with interest coming from across the country.
The property at 155 Byfield Road, Woodbury, will be auctioned on February 25 through Harcourts Low and Co.
Property agent Jazz Cullen said her phone had been ringing red hot since the property, also known as Turella Park, hit the market last Monday.
“I have had about 38 inquiries and out of those about 15 really good inquiries,” Ms Cullen said.
“It has already had two viewings in person.
“A lot of the interest is coming from people who are wanting to move to Yeppoon from out west.”
She said she had also fielded inquiries from the Darling Downs, Sydney and Tasmania.
She said the house was designed by the current owners and built 11 years ago by Warner Constructions.
The residence has two wings and boasts four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen with a cold room, walk-in pantry and stone benchtops and a large family room under 650 sqm with wrap-around verandas.
The property also boasts a tiled plunge pool and a terraced alfresco dining area, equipped with a parrilla.
Spanning 100 acres of improved pastures, there are 12 paddocks all with access to water troughs. Six paddocks are currently used for cattle and pastured with an abundance of humidicola grass.
There are also six sheds on the property, including a meat house and greenhouse, and a dam with barramundi and redclaw.
Located only 15 minutes from Yeppoon’s sandy beaches, Ms Cullen said there was nothing like it in the area.
“The owners have done their research and left no stone unturned,” she said.
“It runs up to 80 head of cattle which is really good for 100 acres around this area. It is more so a cattle block.
“There is massive barra in the dam.
“It’s a pretty spectacular property.
“Rural properties are becoming very hard to find in Yeppoon, let alone something of this quality, and the work here is done.
“If you want to secure the finest piece of paradise in all of Yeppoon then this is the property for you.
“There is nothing like it on the Yeppoon market and there probably never will be anything like that again.”
The property will be auctioned onsite on February 25 at 11am.
Offers prior to auction will be considered.
