“It’s very popular.

“Everybody wants to be in Cooee Bay. You’ve got the lifestyle, you’ve got the Two Sisters coffee shop there, and it’s really close to both Cooee Bay and Lammermoor Beach.”

Ms Woods said a lot of the interest had been from the Central Highlands region.

Built in 1960, the property had undergone two major renovations, Ms Woods said.

“Get in quick, the million-dollar plus market is very busy,” Ms Woods said.

“There are a lot of eyes on Yeppoon as a region from out of town buyers who just can’t believe the price points here.

“Jump in quick because they don’t last too long.”
