A drug raid at a home in North Rockhampton has culminated in the arrest of a woman and what appeared to be bags of drugs taken from the property, according to an eyewitness account.
Police searched a home in Clifton Street, Berserker, on Friday about 7am.
A source who watched the incident unfold said a number of police, including a drug dog, were at a home and that one woman was arrested and bags of what appeared to be drugs were taken from the property.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman confirmed a 29-year-old Rockhampton woman was charged with six counts of possessing dangerous drugs (methylamphetamine and marijuana) and other drug related offences.
She will appear in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on June 21.
