Rockhampton police investigating after George St armed robbery
Rockhampton police have charged a young man they will allege threatened terrified staff during an armed robbery, before fleeing the scene on a scooter.

A young man will face court on Monday after he was charged following a terrifying alleged armed robbery.
Police will allege about 3.50pm on Saturday, February 4, the man went into a supermarket on George St armed with a knife.
It is further alleged the man threatened the supermarket employees before stealing cash.
No one was physically injured during the alleged robbery.
The man then allegedly fled the scene on a scooter.
On the weekend police charged a 21-year-old Park Avenue man with one count of armed robbery.
The man is expected to appear in Rockhampton Magistrates Court on Monday.
