A young man who revelled in the fact he was “f---ing” 14-year-old girls and told them he wanted to get them pregnant has been sentenced to prison for three years.

Over a period of 13.5 months, Jordan Pierce Clark sexually offended against 11 underage girls aged 12 to 15 with none of the sexual acts using protection against pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases.

He even told some of his victims he wanted to get them pregnant and he looked forward to having sex with virgins.

The 22-year-old pleaded guilty in Rockhampton District Court on June 2, 2022, to seven counts of carnal knowledge, five of indecent treatment of children with two of those including photographs and one of exposing genitals.

Clark also pleaded guilty to five counts of using the internet to procure children, using Snapchat to engage with 10 of his 11 victims initially, but also used Instagram, Facebook and SMS for further contact.

Not only was Clark sexually involved with underage girls, he had sex with two different girls on the same day and he had started a sexual relationship with an adult with whom he was still in a relationship as of June 2, 2022.

Crown prosecutor Tiffany Lawrence said he had physical contact with six of the 11 victims.

She said the first complainant, aged 14, went to her parents and then police after the second sexual engagement at her home.

Ms Lawrence said the first took place on the top of Mount Archer in the back of Clark’s car, where he asked if he could choke her during sex and indicated he wanted to get her pregnant.

She said the victim had repeatedly told Clark she needed to go home but he ignored her.

Ms Lawrence said police executed a search warrant on Clark’s residence on September 15, 2020, where his mobile phone was seized and analysed, revealing the 10 other victims with offending dating back to July 31, 2019 and included a girl from Gladstone he drove to visit and picked up a short distance from her home before having lunch and then sex at the marina in his car.

She said of the 11 victims, only one had told police they had been a virgin before having sex with Clark.

Ms Lawrence said police found his DNA on an item of clothing and sheets belonging to one of his victims.

“It was persistent conduct in relation to each of his victims,” she said.

The court heard he met one of his victims as he dropped her sister home, engaged in a conversation and added her on Snapchat.

Ms Lawrence said Clark engaged in a conversation with the 12-year-old, who told Clark initially that she was 13, on September 14, 2020, after discussing their ages.

She said Clark asked if they could cuddle and he give her hickeys.

Ms Lawrence said the victim told him no, and he then encouraged her to sneak out of home to meet him so he could “f--- her raw” to which she responded “wow dude, I’m 13”.

She said despite that reply, Clark continued to try and procure her for sex to which she told him she wasn’t ready and he then continued talking about carrying out sexual acts with her and asked her if she was on contraception.

Ms Lawrence said Clark had made comments to several victims that he wanted to get them pregnant.

She said Clark had been in contact with his fourth victim for six months, asking for sex daily, referred to her virginity and was able to get her to send him 15 sexually explicit photographs and video of herself.

Ms Lawrence said Clark arranged to meet up with this victim several times, including encouraging her to sneak out, but no meetings occurred.

She said Clark was able to get another victim to send 32 sexually explicit photographs of herself to him.

Ms Lawrence said Clark visited one of his victims at her house in July 2020 after she told him she wasn’t feeling well and would probably fall asleep on him.

She said the victim had told him she wasn’t interested in sex. Ms Lawrence said Clark continued to persist trying to engage her in sexual acts.

She said after arriving at her house, they went upstairs where Clark attempted to kiss her but she refused his advance.

Ms Lawrence said shortly afterwards, the victim told Clark she was going downstairs to put her phone on charge.

She said Clark followed her and the victim told him she wasn’t feeling well and was going to lie down.

“She wrapped herself in a blanket, laid down on her bed facing the wall,” Ms Lawrence said.

“The defendant positioned himself behind her on her bed, placed his arms around her.”

She said Clark proceeded touching parts of the victim’s body over her clothes before trying to put his hands underneath.

The victim fought back, saying no and trying to get up off the bed.

Ms Lawrence said as the victim tried to get up, Clark grabbed her by the throat and pushed her back onto the bed.

She said the victim again tried to escape with Clark again grabbing her by the throat and pushing her against a wall.

Ms Lawrence said the victim dropped to the floor, out of his grasp and told him to leave.

She said Clark then asked if he could touch a part of her body, she refused and he left.

Ms Lawrence said that during further communication, Clark told the victim the next time he visited, he was going to ‘f---’ her whether she wanted to or not.

The court heard Clark engaged in oral sex with some of his victims.

Ms Lawrence said Clark told one of his victims of the photographs they sent him, the ones where they were in their school uniform were the ‘sexiest’.

She said when another victim told him after they had sex she was 15, not the 16 years old she had told him previously, he responded: “I wish I knew you were 15 when I was f---ing you. That would have been so hot.”

Some of the victims were bleeding after having sex with Clark.

Ms Lawrence said a report prepared by a psychologist about Clark stated the defendant denied “any sexual interest” in children despite the charges.

She suggested Judge Jeff Clarke “would have some difficulty accepting that”.

Ms Lawrence referred to a part in the report where Clark had claimed he was “just looking for a permanent relationship”.

The court heard Clark had been diagnosed with depression, anxiety and autism spectrum disorder and had been treated by a psychologist for more than a year and there were two reports provided to the court from two different doctors.

Defence barrister Simon Lewis said his client, who was supported by his parents in court, had made comments throughout his offending indicating he knew what he was doing was wrong.

He said there was a link between Clark’s conduct and his autism in that he was socially disadvantaged.

“Mainly because of his underdeveloped maturation levels,” Mr Lewis said.

In sentencing Clark on June 17, after an adjournment, Judge Clarke said there was limited information to explain why Clark’s offending was so “indefatigable”.

“There seems to be no clear explanation for your incredible labido or sex drive,” he said.

“For example, I am unaware whether exposure or overexposure to pornography or some hormonal imbalance has precipitated your thorough preoccupation with sex.

“It will be a matter for the authorities whether investigations should occur in respect of those or any other contributing factors that may assist in gauging your risk of future harm.”

He said the first complainant suffered the “expected outcome” of Clark’s “selfish need for self verification”.

“She has suffered severe anxiety, disruption to her sleep, distrust in peer relationships and an inability to focus on her schoolwork,” he said.

“She had to change schools.

“It impacted her relationships at home and socially.”

Clark was sentenced to three years prison, suspended after serving nine months for four years, with 19 days declared as time served.

He was also ordered to probation for three years.
