A male driver in his 20s has been taken in a stable condition to Rockhampton Hospital after he was involved in a single-vehicle accident on the Capricorn Highway at Gogango, 46 minutes south-west of the Beef Capital.
The westbound lane of the highway had to be closed this afternoon after the 3pm accident, until the vehicle was removed.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said the man suffered foot pain and chest discomfort.
The accident comes after a young male teen was injured in a single motorbike accident on Saturday morning, and paramedics transported two patients in stable conditions to Springsure Hospital after a single-vehicle rollover on the Dawson Highway at 12.46pm on Friday, September 27.
