A fountain at a Rockhampton park has been engulfed in foam a day before massive car event Rockynats comes to town.
The fountain located in Central Park could be seen emitting huge chunks of foam on the morning of April 3.
It’s not the first time the iconic fountain has fallen victim to pranksters – on January 7, a similar event occurred at the same park.
The tradition stretches back to the 1970s and 1980s.
Locals took to social media to discuss the implications of the cheeky practical joke.
“Looks better with bubbles,” Linda Boulton said.
“Should have put colour in it too,” Dianne Rogan said.
