Fire crews called to house fire on Eclipse St at Springsure

Multiple fire crews were called to a “fully involved” house fire at Springsure near Emerald in Central Queensland on Tuesday morning. Here’s what we know.

Emergency crews were called to a house fire at Springsure on Tuesday morning.

A QFES spokesman said crews were called about 9.15am with two currently on scene and another two on the way.

He said the house was located on Eclipse Street and was “fully involved”.

The home is a 10m x 10m fibro construction property and at 9.55 the blaze was under control but still burning.

Fire investigators have been called to the scene.

Paramedics were on scene at the fire, however there were no reported injuries. Queensland Police and SES volunteers are also at the scene.
