It was a place where memories were made.
For 18 years the Xtreme Zodiac Nightclub on William St was a place to see and be seen.
The venue, split into a section for adult entertainment and another serving as a nightclub, was opened in 2008 after 19 months of construction and development.
Throughout its years of operation, the venue has seen countless celebrations and weathered the storm of an international pandemic in which it lost roughly $500,000 in the three months they were closed due to Covid-19 restrictions.
The club was owned by respected businessman Wayne Riddell who owned a number of popular hospitality/entertainment venues in town.
