The mother of missing teenager Pheobe Bishop has made a heartfelt plea saying even if the worst case scenario has happened and she may not be alive, she needs to know where she is.
The 17-year-old was last seen on May 15. Police have been told she was dropped off at Bundaberg Airport but there is no proof she was ever there.
On Saturday, her mother Kylie Johnson put out a heart wrenching plea for information.
“I still hold hope Pheobe will come home. But I have to consider the possibility she also won’t,” she said.
“In the worst case scenario, if the worst case scenario has happened. I at least need to know where she is resting.
“I need to know where Pheobe is. My daughter wouldn’t just disappear.
“Someone knows something and as a mum I am asking you to come forward with your information.
Ms Johnson said the lives of her family have been changed for the worst since the sudden disappearance of Pheobe.
“This is a pain no person or family should ever have to experience. Pheobe was a beautiful, loving and kind person,” she said.
“Everyday not knowing where she has been is devastating for us. This is why we are appealing to anyone with any information that may help to bring Pheobe home to contact the police
“Even the smallest bit of information may be all the police need to find Pheobe.”
Ms Johnson said she wanted to thank everyone for their support.
“I’d like to thank the police involved for their tireless efforts in looking for my daughter. They have kept me informed and are doing everything they can to find her,” she said.
“I also want to thank our community for their constant support and messages. I know this investigation isn’t over. It will not be over for me until we find Pheobe.
“Please speak to police if you have any information big or small. You can report information to police anonymously via policelink or crime stoppers.”
