Police are seeking two people following an attack on an elderly man at a roadside stall on the Sunshine Coast.
A Queensland Police Service spokesman said two men were reportedly driving north along Beerburrum Rd in a Toyota HiLux when they pulled over on the to side of the road at Elimbah about 6pm on Friday, January 24.
Police believe the two men, wearing dark-coloured clothing, then exited the ute and approached the 70-year-old man before assaulting him and leaving the scene.
The elderly man was transported to hospital with serious injuries.
Police have now released footage of the two men, and are calling for anyone who may have witnessed the attack, or have dashcam footage from the area at the time of the alleged assault, to come forward.
