Man killed in quad bike rollover

A man has died after the quad bike he was driving rolled near Toowoomba.

A man has died after the quad bike he was driving rolled near Toowoomba.

Emergency services were called to the scene at Kingsthorpe around 3.30pm Saturday.

According to Queensland Police Service, preliminary inquiries indicate the man was driving the quad bike on Claire Lee Crescent when it rolled.

Paramedics attempted to treat the 44-year-old Bannockburn man but he died at the scene.

A male in his 20s was also treated on scene for arm injuries and was taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.

Forensic Crash Unit investigations are continuing.
