Man fighting for life after car, bike crash at Narangba
A man in his 30s is fighting for life following a car and bicycle crash north of Brisbane.

A man in his 30s is fighting for life following a crash between a ute and bicycle at Narangba, north of Brisbane, on Friday morning.
Multiple paramedics and police were called to the incident on Mackie Rd about 7am.
According to authorities, one man, presumed to be the cyclist, was taken to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a critical condition with significant head injuries. No one else was treated.
The Forensic Crash Unit has been on scene taking photos and talking to residents on the busy residential road.
A tow truck arrived after 9am to take a ute away.
Mackie Rd is closed between Old Gympie Rd and Ferrier Road and diversions are in place.
Police were advising motorists to avoid the area and expect delays however the road has since been reopened.
