Car fire burns, suspected stolen and found on the Pioneer River, near Riverside Dr
Police are investigating the torching of a car on a rocky slope of the Pioneer River earlier this afternoon.

A stolen car was torched in a suspected arson incident by the side of the Pioneer River earlier this afternoon.
Emergency services responded to a dirt road off Riverside Dr, Cremorne just before 12.30pm to reports of a vehicle on fire.
One crew from the Queensland Fire Department arrived to the scene to find the vehicle well involved on a rocky slope by the banks of the Pioneer River.
No grass on either side caught fire but a tree was visibly burnt, with many of its leaves blackened.
Police arrived to the scene and confirmed the vehicle was stolen and a Queensland Police Service spokeswoman confirmed they were investigating it as an arson matter.
This comes after another stolen vehicle was burned beneath the Mackay Ring Rd on Sunday, December 8.
