A woman in her 60s was flown to hospital after a two-vehicle crash on the Bruce Highway at Curra about midday Saturday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said a woman driving a Kia experienced a medical episode.
She was flown to Royal Brisbane Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries while another patient was taken to Gympie hospital in a stable condition.
The southbound lane of the highway was closed from 12.50pm to 1.50pm.
In a separate incident earlier in the morning a boy was flown to hospital following a single-motorcycle crash, also at Curra.
Paramedics were called to the crash on Bradys Road at 10.54am Saturday.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said the boy, aged in his early teens, had a medical episode which led to the crash and also suffered minor injuries.
The Sunshine Coast Lifeflight helicopter flew the teen to Queensland Children’s Hospital.
