Shan McClure, a resident on Nelson Road where the stingray carcasses were found “stinking to high heaven” this week, shared a shocking image of the dumping activity to Facebook on Thursday afternoon.

Ms McClure has been contacted for comment on the issue.

Her post was received with many angry and sad reactions on Facebook, with many commenters calling out the “terrible” and “disgusting” behaviour while urging Ms McClure to report the matter.
