A 20-year-old Gympie region man accused of stalking and multiple sexual assaults over a three-day period has faced court.

A 20-year-old Curra man has faced court on sexual and physical assault allegations allegedly committed across a three-day period before Christmas in 2024.
Kaleb Seth McGrath faces 15 charges relating to the alleged incidents between December 4 to December 6 in the Gympie region.
The charges include unlawful stalking, five counts of sexual assault, three counts of common assault, two counts of assaults occasioning bodily harm, one count of entering a dwelling with intent, one count of entering a dwelling and committing an offence, one count of trespassing, and one count of wilful damage.
Mr McGrath’s defence lawyer told Gympie Magistrates Court his client would be pleading guilty to the wilful damage and trespass charges, with those pleas “adjourned off” until the other matters were resolved.
The 20-year-old would also be pleading guilty to the two assaults occasioning bodily harm charges, the court heard.
No pleas have been entered to the remaining charges which are being adjourned for a DNA conferencing meeting on November 3, 2025.
The case was adjourned until November 3, 2025.
