A Gympie region farmhand has been acquitted by a jury of multiple charges including rape and indecent treatment of a child after a two-day trial at Gympie District Court.
The man, 41, was acquitted of one count of rape, two counts indecent treatment of a child under 12-years-old and three counts of common assault.
The trial started on Tuesday August 8, 2023, and concluded on Wednesday August 9.
