From sprawling farms to holiday homes on the Cooloola Coast, the property market in the Gympie region remains strong.

In the past six months, properties have been sold across the region.

In addition to these houses, many farms, commercial lots and parcels of land have also changed hands.

Respected Gympie real estate agent Clancy Adams said while the housing market in the region was no longer “booming”, it remained solid.

“We certainly are still in a very strong and healthy market, and it’s still a great time to sell,” Mr Adams said.

“Buyers can now be pickier and wait for the right house to hit the market.”

Mr Adams is currently listing an iconic Gympie property, which he believes will break suburb records.

Here are the 10 most expensive residential properties sold in the region from May to November 2022.
