Police are investigating an alleged shooting in Central Queensland with a man taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Police have taken a man into custody after reports of shots allegedly being fired at Toolooa in Gladstone on Sunday night.
Police say initial investigations indicate about 11.02pm on Sunday, a man in his 30s was standing on Pike Street when he was allegedly shot in the abdomen.
The man, aged in his 30s, was taken to Gladstone Hospital with serious injuries.
A 33-year-old man, who police allege is known to the victim, left the scene on a motorcycle and was taken into custody a short time later at the intersection of Dixon Drive and Dalrymple Drive.
Police say the man is helping them with their enquiries.
A crime scene has been declared in Tuna Street.
Investigations are continuing.
