THERE will be no rate rise on the cards in the next Gladstone Regional Council budget if a new long-term financial plan is adopted at the next council meeting on March 17.
The long-term plan was revised to include cost saving measures to the tune of $3 million.
This would allow the council to keep general rates as they are.
