Motorcyclist suffers serious injuries in Laidley crash

A man has been rushed to hospital after his motorcycle collided with a car in the Lockyer Valley on Monday morning.

Emergency services received the call just after 9am about the crash on the corner of Milne St and Rosewood Laidley Rd at Laidley.

The man suffered chest and shoulder injuries and was taken to Ipswich Hospital in a serious condition.

A critical care nurse was with him during the transport to hospital.

Rollover outside Toowoomba leads to injuries

Paramedics have taken a middle-aged man to hospital after a single-vehicle rollover north of Toowoomba on Monday.

The incident was reported at 8.10am on Old Homebush Rd in Cawdor.

The patient, a man in his 50s, was treated for seatbelt-related injuries and taken to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
