Three people have been injured, including a man who’s suffered a serious head injury after two vehicles collided in the Lockyer Valley.
Queensland Fire Department crews were called to the incident on the corner of Gatton Esk Rd and Millers Rd, Adare just before 6am on Tuesday.
A QFD spokesman said crews arrived to find one person trapped inside a van and worked quickly to remove the vehicle’s door to allow paramedics to gain access.
Queensland Ambulance spokesman said paramedics assessed three patients, including a male teenager with a neck injury who was taken to Ipswich Hospital.
A man in his 20s with head, chest and back injuries was taken to Toowoomba Hospital, while a man in his 40s was flown to the Princess Alexandra Hospital with a head injury.
A Metro South Health spokeswoman said the man was discharged from hospital Tuesday afternoon.
