PPV Hervey Bay Developments Pty Ltd goes into liquidation
The creditors of a Hervey Bay company have been given until August 21 to come forward to the liquidators with their claims of money owed.

The creditors of a Hervey Bay development company have been asked to make a claim this month after the business went into liquidation.
It was resolved at a general meeting for PPV Hervey Bay Developments Pty Ltd on August 3, that the company would be wound up and that Aleksandar Stojic and Christopher John Baskerville of Jirsch Sutherland be appointed liquidators.

The director of PPV Hervey Bay Developments is listed as David Pradella, and the alternate director is John Pradella.
The principal place of business is listed as 3 Parkland Boulevard, Brisbane.
A notice of the appointment of liquidators was posted to the ASIC website on August 7, 2023.
Since then, a notice inviting formal proof of debt or claim has also been posted.
“Take notice that creditors of the company, whose debts or claims have not already been admitted, are required on or before August 21, 2023, to prove their debts or claims and of any security held by them to me (us) and, if subsequently required by notice in writing from me (us), must formally prove their debts or claims and establish any title they may have to priority by statement in writing,” the notice from Mr Baskerville said.

“If they do not comply with this notice, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their debts or claims are proved or their priority is established; and objecting to the distribution.”
A Jirsch Sutherland spokeswoman said the matter was a Members Voluntary Liquidation, which meant the company was solvent and had served its purpose and was not being wound up.
The director of the firm has also been contacted for comment.
