A man has been accused of improperly phoning an emergency call service more than 80 times, among other alleged offences he faced in a Fraser Coast court.

A man facing 87 charges of improperly using an emergency call service has had his case mentioned in court this week.
Kyle John Lowrey faced Maryborough Magistrates Court on Tuesday charged with 59 counts of improperly using an emergency call service (false belief) and 28 counts of improperly using an emergency call service (vexatious).
In addition he was facing charges of driving while over the general alcohol limit and assaults occasioning bodily harm.
The matter was briefly mentioned on August 27.
No pleas were entered.
The case was adjourned until October 15, 2024.
