$45.7m in sales: The Fraser Coast’s highest selling homes
House prices across the Fraser Coast are growing at a rapid pace. Here are the 25 highest sales recorded last year, and the agents who sold them.

The Fraser Coast is home to some incredible houses, including ones with stunning views of the Mary River or the Pacific Ocean.
House prices across the Fraser Coast, but particularly in popular suburbs such as Dundowran Beach, Pialba, and Urraween, soared in 2024 according to CoreLogic’s RP Data.
Dundowran Beach saw median house price go from $878,313 in 2023 to $936,203 in 2024, while Urraween’s prices surged from $612,053 to $642,150 in the same period, before exploding over the past year to be at $723,517 at the time of publishing.

1. 34 Gilston Rd, Wondunna – $2,500,000
This property is so exclusive, photos of it cannot be verified due to the private bushland that surrounds the home.
It features four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
It was sold by an undisclosed seller on May 18, 2024.
2. 3 Armstrong Rd, Dundowran Beach – $2,300,000
This large family home that sits at the end of a cul-de-sac in the waterside suburb of Dundowran Beach.
The five bedroom, three-bathroom home is just moments away from the beach.
It was sold by Ash Heckels of Prime Agents Hervey Bay on August 16, 2024.
3. 543 Esplanade, Urangan – $2,200,000
The first of multiple homes that sit on the Esplanade in the list, number 543 sits in prime location on Hervey Bay’s 16km street that navigates the water.
It was sold by an undisclosed agent on December 20, 2024.
4. 14 Regency Ave, Urraween – $1,950,000
14 Regency Ave is an ultra-modern home in a growing suburb.
The house includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and has a pool that overlooks the large garage area.
It was sold by Kim Carter of Carter Cooper Realty on June 17, 2024.
5. 7 Kalinda CT, Toogoom – $1,870,000
7 Kalinda CT is another house that sits moments away from the waters of Toogoom.
The four bedroom, two bathroom home sits on a large piece of land in a very private cul-de-sac.
It was sold by Allen Property on October 18, 2024.
6. 177 Esplanade, Pt Vernon – $1,820,000
This home uses bricks from the Maryborough Wesleyan Church built in 1883 as part of its curved walls.
The five bedroom, two bathroom property was sold by Jacob Cullen of Ray White Hervey Bay on October 11, 2024.
7. 172 Esplanade, Pt Vernon – $1,800,000
Sitting only a few doors down from the last submission, 172 features a rare feature of having two street access, with owners being able to enter from Long St as well.
It was sold by Mary-Lou Lloyd of Chris Couper & Associates International Realtors Hervey Bay on April 9, 2024.
8. 4-6 Jubata CT, Burrum Heads – $1,800,000
4-6 Jubata CT is the first home on the list from Burrum Heads, and overlooks Chadwick Lake at the back of the property.
It includes interesting red panelling on the outside of the home, while inside features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

9. 37 Helsham St, Pt Vernon – $1,775,000
Another Pt Vernon home makes the list, with this property including a large interior fit with a formal lounge and dining room, as well as a billiard room.
It features five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and was sold by Mary-Lou Lloyd of Chris Couper & Associates International Realtors Hervey Bay on October 5, 2024.
10. 3 Palmwood Dr, Dundowran Beach – $1,740,000
This house looks like something out of a sci-fi movie, with shiny silver finishes throughout the exterior and a bright red arch rounding out an interesting design.
It features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and was sold by Eli Winger of Ray White Hervey Bay on December 3, 2024.
11. 13 Coogera CT, Dundowran Beach – $1,730,000
Sitting atop a small hill in Dundowran Beach, this home has four levels with a gymnasium on the first.
Other features include a Tasmanian ash staircase and a rain shower as well as four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

12. 9 Elizabeth St, Maryborough – $1,700,000
9 Elizabeth St is a grand old colonial home that is a true timepiece and matches many of other historical buildings in Maryborough.
It sits directly on the Mary River and features five bedrooms and two bathrooms.

13. 34 Sawmill Rd, Dundowran Beach – $1,700,000
34 Sawmill Rd is a modern home that also features the theme of red elements on its exterior.
It features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a soundproof music room.
It was sold by Janette Moon of Realway Property Consultants on March 1, 2024.
14. 8 Hampton CT, Urraween – $1,640,000
8 Hampton CT uses Fraser Coast wood and iron bark framing to produce a bright red timber lodge with a huge steel roof.
It features five bedrooms, three bathrooms and was sold by an undisclosed realtor on February 19, 2024.
15. 53 Eagle Beach Pde, Dundowran Beach – $1,625,000
Another modern and bright home from Dundowran Beach gets a spot on the list.
Walk straight onto the beach with this four bedroom, two bathroom property, which also has established fruit trees.
It was sold by Stacey Pyne of Prime Agents Hervey Bay on July 23, 2024.
16. 22 Blue Lagoon Way, Dundowran Beach – $1,600,000
Dundowran Beach is a booming area, as another property from the suburb joins the list.
While 22 Blue Lagoon Way does not back onto the beach, it has a small pond shared with other houses out the back.
The four bedroom, two bathroom home was sold by Cameron Wheway of Ray Edward Real Estate on February 1, 2024.
17. 19 Nautilus CT, Dundowran Beach – $1,600,000
19 Nautilus CT is a natural haven surrounded by a private forest.
