A Maryborough mum who spent time in prison after she led a home invasion in which a teenage boy was assaulted has faced court again.
Sheree Kay Lavell appeared before Maryborough Magistrates Court this week and pleaded guilty to 13 charges, including several counts of driving without a licence.
She also pleaded guilty to producing dangerous drugs, driving an uninsured vehicle, contravening a direction or requirement of police and failing to dispose of a syringe.
The court heard the matters had been on hold for several years until the other district court matters had been finalised.
In March, Lavell, 42, pleaded guilty in Maryborough District Court to entering a dwelling with intent and assault occasioning bodily harm.
The court heard how on May 14, 2017, Lavell had gone to a house to try to pick up her son, but he refused to go home.
She responded by arming herself with a wooden slat and bringing four other people to the property.
The court heard she wanted to scare a 15-year-old boy she thought was supplying drugs to her son.
One of the other people who accompanied her to the scene assaulted the boy, causing injuries to his face.
When police arrived at the scene, Lavell told them she would not have actually hit the boy with the slat but had wanted him to think she would.
The court heard the boy would have found the situation "quite intimidating and threatening" after being surrounded by five people who had barged into his home.
She had spent 117 days in pre-sentence custody and was sentenced to two years in prison and immediately released on parole.
That left the outstanding matters to be dealt with in magistrates court.
Lavell was fined $1000 and was disqualified from driving for two months.
"You can't simply keep driving without a licence," Magistrate John Milburn said.
