Chinchilla grandmother Katrina Mona-Margaret Gibson is back in court for assaulting police, a year after being sentenced for a similar crime.
Gibson pleaded guilty in the Chinchilla Magistrates Court to assaulting police, obstructing police, wilful damage, and assaulting another officer causing bodily harm.
Magistrate Kerri O’Callaghan set the case aside for sentencing on August 24.
On March 19, 2020, Gibson was placed on probation for a swag of 14 offences, including drug dealing, assaulting police with a water hose, driving with meth in her system, and brawling in the courtroom.
