Man taken to hospital after single vehicle rollover

A MAN has been taken to Chinchilla hospital with chest and head injuries after a single vehicle rollover on Warrego Highway this afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the scene, seven kilometres west of Chinchilla just after 2pm.

Senior Constable Nigel Hart said the car was travelling in the direction of Chinchilla and left the road for an unknown reason.

Queensland Ambulance Services treated the man at the scene.

The man was taken to Chinchilla hospital suffering chest injuries and a laceration to his head.
