Police are investigating after two businesses on the Western Downs were ramraided just hours apart overnight.
A Queensland Police spokeswoman confirmed officers were called to the Drakes supermarket in Chinchilla just after midnight on Thursday, shortly after the Panache at Home cafe had also been targeted.
Panache at Home told its customers on Facebook the cafe would be closed today, and the team was waiting to remove the badly damaged front door.
The QPS spokeswoman said police believed the same vehicle was used in both raids.
It’s understood the vehicle was a white wagon that was stolen overnight.
It is unclear at this stage if anything was stolen from the businesses.
Investigations are ongoing.
