Man injured in truck crash on Burnett Hwy at Three Moon
A rescue helicopter has been called in following a serious truck crash in the North Burnett, only two hours after another horrific smash in the South Burnett left three people critical.

A man has been cut free from his truck and the a rescue helicopter called in after the vehicle rolled over while travelling along the Burnett Hwy at Three Moon, about 5km south of Monto.
A QFES spokeswoman said the crash happened just after 8.03am Thursday, near the Hwy’s intersection with Schimkes Rd.
The truck came to a rest on its side, blocking the northbound lane of the Hwy entirely and cutting the road to traffic.
Fireys arrived at the scene about 8.15am, and cut the man free by 8.30am.
A QAS spokeswoman said the man appeared to have suffered a head injury in the crash, but was talking with paramedics.
Further details about his injuries were not yet available.
The crash happened only two hours after an horrific incident involving a B-double and a car outside Nanango, in the South Burnett.
Three people were left with critical injuries in the crash.
