Three patients have been rushed to hospital after sustaining injuries in a single-vehicle crash in the Bundaberg region overnight.

Paramedics arrived at the scene on Farnsfield Rd before 11.30 Wednesday night and treated three women after the car ploughed into a tree.

A spokeswoman for Queensland Ambulance Services said the driver of the car was sustained arm and facial injuries.

The driver, aged in her late teens, was taken to Bundaberg hospital along with the two passengers in a stable condition.

Police are continuing their investigations into the crash.
