The festival also introduces the Taste Trail, an interactive map of more than 20 growers and producers selling directly to the public.

“We’ve got some great new events this year, including A Night on the Greens at Sandhills Sports Club and Sunset Feast at Surf Club,” Division 8 councillor Steve Cooper said.

“There are also opportunities to dine at working farms and meet local growers.”

Highlights include the Taste Bundaberg Market at Alexandra Park on Saturday, September 7, The Secret Supper at a mystery location, and a gala dinner with celebrity chef.
Bundaberg Regional Council Mayor Helen Blackburn said the gala Saturday night event with Colin Fassnidge would be The Mayor’s Beach Ball.

The gala’s funds raised supporting the Mayor’s Christmas Appeal.

The full program is available, with tickets on sale from Wednesday, July 3.
