The full extent of the region’s red hot property market has been revealed, with one home selling for just under $4 million. We reveal who sold the most expensive houses across the region recently, and who bought them.

Some of the price tags were massive, with a number of suburbs selling homes for more than $1 million.
Vacant blocks of land, and sites bought to be built on by developers have been excluded from the list.
