Man found safe after falling from Burnett Railway Bridge in Bundaberg

Emergency services rushed to the Burnett Railway Bridge after a man was seen falling into the water.

A man has been rescued and found safe after falling from the Burnett Railway Bridge on Tuesday afternoon.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a worker saw the man jumping and hanging off the bridge before falling into the water below.

Emergency services, including police, fire, and ambulance crews, attended the scene about 3.20pm and assisted the man out of the water.

As of approximately 3:30pm, the man had been located, assessed, and was walking with police around the area.
