Six people have been injured in a two-car crash near Bundaberg.

Police and paramedics were called to Cedars Rd, South Bingera just after 1pm on Sunday where six people, including two children, were assessed for minor injuries.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said three units were on scene, assessing two children, two women in their 20s, and two men in their 30s.
All were reported to be in a stable condition.

Queensland Police Service confirmed the crash involved a ute and an SUV, with patients sustaining only superficial injuries.
Tow trucks were called to clear the vehicles.

Emergency services remain at the scene.
