Bundaberg police investigate grievous bodily harm attack
The terrifying incident on a Bundaberg street left a man hospitalised. Now, 10 days later, the alleged suspect is still at large.

Police are continuing to investigate a shocking incidence of grievous bodily harm in Bundaberg where a man was severely burned, allegedly by someone he knew.
As of Sunday, September 26, a spokeswoman for the Queensland Police Service confirmed that the alleged offender was still at large.
Police say the incident happened on Friday, September 17, between 1 and 1.30pm when a 36-year-old man stopped to speak to another man he knew on Maryborough Street at Walkervale.
The victim, from Avoca, suffered severe burns to his body and had to be taken to Bundaberg Hospital, according to police.
Police are hoping for dashcam footage and are calling on drivers in the region to make contact if they have captured anything from the Maryborough or Maynard Streets area at the time.
Investigations are continuing.
