There was plenty to locals for local to do on Thursday’s show holiday with many opting for a day at the races.
The Rum City Foods Show Holiday Races kicked off at 11am with the first race running just before 2pm.
The local races were also a TAB meet with each race televised on Sky Racing across the country.
