A large property at 478 Branyan Drive recently sold for just under $1.5 million, with the owner listed as Josiah Manteit, a local doctor.

The full length pool features a reticulating water feature and light with the ocean as the backdrop.

The house has polished timber floors throughout and lots of natural lighting.

It was purchased in November last year by Alan Mathieson and Gary Murray for $1.24m.

Expansive formal living rooms sweep out on to the waterfront balconies soaking up the stunning, wide ocean views.

The home was designed with having focus on providing comfortable living indoors and outdoors while maximising the ocean views from as many rooms as possible.

While comfortable, it’s also a prime entertainer with a solar-heated pool that has a water feature.

There’s also a master suite that includes a private ocean front balcony and cocktail bar.
