Head-on collision hospitalises two on Innes Park Rd

A serious crash east of Bundaberg left a young woman with chest and neck injuries, and a young man with back injuries on Thursday afternoon.

A head on crash between two cars on Thursday afternoon put two people in hospital.

At 5.24pm on June 27, a two-vehicle crash was reported near the intersection of Innes Park and Elliott Heads Roads, east of Bundaberg.
A Queensland Police Service spokeswoman said there was one person in one of the vehicles and two in the other.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said multiple paramedic units attended.
They treated a woman in her 20s with neck and pelvis injuries and a man in his 20s with back injuries and transported both stable to Bundaberg Hospital.
A third person, a bystander, experienced a medical episode and declined transport.
No charges have been laid.
