Bruce Hwy closed after overnight B-double rollover

The Bruce Highway at North Isis was closed for a time on Wednesday morning after a semi-trailer overturned on Tuesday night.

The Bruce Highway, between Childers Road and Kevin Livingstone Drive via Apple Tree Creek, was closed from 8am on Wednesday to recover a crashed B-double truck.

Diversions were in place but motorists were advised to avoid the area or expect delays.

It followed a semi-trailer rollover at North Isis on Tuesday night that injured a man and caused traffic disruptions from about 7.30pm.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said a man was assessed for an arm injury at the scene.

He was in a stable condition, she said.
