An elderly man has suffered spinal injuries after a two-vehicle crash near Bundaberg on Sunday afternoon.
A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesman said two crews arrived on the scene at Childers Rd, Elliot about 3.20pm.
“It’s a multi-vehicle crash, two vehicles involved … we used hydraulic cutting gear to help get access to one of the patients,” the spokesman said.
A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said an “elderly male” in his 70s has suffered spinal injuries and will be taken to Bundaberg Hospital.
