A CHRONICLE reader has captured the moment a driver's audacious manoeuvre at a busy Toowoomba intersection caused a crash near-miss.
Col Bowman from Rockville was driving on Anzac Ave near Clifford Gardens Shopping Centre earlier today when he says a P-plate driver cut across several lanes of traffic.
"The photos will show how the traffic was held up in the northern lane and then just drove her car between our car and the car in front and holding up the traffic in the outside southern lane," Mr Bowman said.
"If this driver keeps driving like that in Toowoomba she might not have a car much longer."
The Anzac Ave and James St intersection is well-known to emergency services workers who respond frequently to crashes.
