October 21, 12.18pm: Police are appealing for information after a vehicle attempted to ram raid a Darwin business.

At about 3.05am on Saturday, police received reports a vehicle had been ramming the front doors of a business on Bishop St, Woolner.

Police say the business owner was on-site and confronted the vehicle, which fled the scene.

The vehicle used by the alleged offenders was later reported stolen.

Police urge anyone with information regarding the incident to make contact on 131 444 and quote reference NTP2400105693.

Teens arrested after Darwin car chase

October 21, 10.37am: Four teenage boys have been arrested after allegedly stealing a vehicle and taking police on a car chase across Darwin.

About 3:15am on Saturday, police received reports of an unlawful entry on Chong-Wee Avenue, Woolner.

A wallet, a set of keys, and a Hyundai Venue was stolen from residence, with the occupants in the home at the time of the robbery.

A short time later, police observed the Hyundai on Tiger Brennan Drive and initiated a pursuit after the vehicle failed to stop for a traffic apprehension.

The chase continued through Stuart Park and Parap before the vehicle was abandoned in Grant St, where the offenders fled on foot in different directions.

Strike Force Trident, Dog Operations Unit, and General Duties members searched the area, arresting four males, two aged 14 and two aged 15.

All four were charged with multiple offences and will appear in Court at a later date.
