Julie Bishop deserved better than her party

CLEARLY the factions in the Liberal Party are frightened of Julie Bishop.

Julie is clever, sophisticated, intelligent, and her highest attribute being her civil, respectful attitude to all.

After being deposed as a candidate for Prime Minister early in the rebellion, her comments were congratulatory without malice and were genuinely sincere as have all of her dealings with her colleagues, the Opposition, the voters, and international leaders and representatives from around the world.

Australians love Julie for all of these reasons as well as many more.

Julie Bishop always dresses respectfully for all occasions, and is a credit to her party and her people.

Her television interviews are always articulate, interesting and without accusation or derogatory remarks, a rare privilege to view as opposed to her colleagues and opposition.

These attributes place Julie a cut above the rest of Australia's politicians and that is what frightens them.

She did not get involved in the demise of former leaders so is not part of the "Rat Pack".

We have to wonder if gender is the problem her colleagues have?

Julie deserves much respect for her genuine care for her people and for international affairs.

Good on ya Julie.
