YOUR SAY: RURALCO have ditched their well-known slogan for their CRT branded rural supply outlets.

No more will we hear that comforting advertising jingle that tells us our farming needs will be looked after by 'CRT - Your Local Bloke.'

Saying 'bloke' is just too offensive in this politically correct age.

Oh please, did it really have to come to this?

Amongst all the readers of this newspaper, which reaches into far corners of southern Queensland, who has ever taken offence at the slogan of CRT?

Canadian Premier Justin Trudeau refers to 'people-kind' as a non-sexist or non- offensive expression and that may be an advertising answer for CRT.

Keep this silly PC nonsense up and Ruralco may find their 'people-kind' customers taking their business to Elders Rural or another supplier.
