KPMG to relocate to 3 Parramatta Square in March 2023

A corporate heavyweight is about to call Parramatta Square home - where auditors and tax specialists will have a focus on wellbeing, not just crunching numbers in office cubicles.

Parramatta Square's evolution

Tax, advisory and auditing firm KPMG is setting up digs at 3 Parramatta Square where it will boast an outdoor terrace and “immersion room’’ to foster creativity.

A 3500sq m office in the tower will be the firm’s new greater western Sydney headquarters and where it will be a keynote tenant at the Walker Corporation’s $3.2 billion development when it relocates from its Phillip St, Parramatta, office next year.

The outdoor rooftop terraces creates 400sqm of outdoor space for staff and clients, with a focus on wellness and technology spaces.

KPMG Enterprise’s partner in charge for greater western Sydney, Pierre Wakim, said the office would include an immersion room to trigger creativity and learning.

“It enables our clients and teams to think differently about solutions to problems and helps accelerate idea generation, prototyping and delivery of solutions through interaction, creativity and collaborative design,’’ he said.

“And our open-air terrace space will facilitate meetings and positive interaction for staff and clients alike. Features such as technology enablement on the roof terrace will support excellence in communications in the new location.’’

Mr Wakim said Parramatta was on track to rival Sydney as an office destination.

“The core is expanding and we are delighted KPMG Enterprise will be at the heart of a jobs, infrastructure and investment hub in greater western Sydney,’’ he said.

“Walker Corporation’s No. 3 Parramatta Square ticks all our boxes, and more, and we are excited to have signed a lease and be moving to the best office building in the city.

“It will be an exciting milestone to move to a building with such excellent client and staff amenity.

“The new space is special.’’

The office fit out is due to start in September before the relocation in March.
