South Sydney Rabbitohs legend Sam Burgess has pulled his Little Bay coastal investment apartment from auction for the second time.
Initially listed with $1.2m guidance in mid-February, it now comes with a reduced $1.1m buyers guide after 55 days on market.
The top-floor apartment, which has ocean views, cost $955,000 on its 2018 off the plan settlement.
The 107sq m apartment remains listed with NG Farah agent Martin Farah who had the Cawood Ave apartment listed for a rescheduled April 18 auction.
Burgess, now an assistant coach, wants to sell and then buy something with more space given he is set to have a baby with his partner Lucy Graham.
At the start of the marketing campaign Little Bay two-bedroom apartments had a $1.3m median price, up 2.8 per cent over the past year, according to realestate.com.au.
But it is now $1.28m, down one per cent annually.
The last two-bedder in the block sold for $1.3m last November.
